Do you offer samples?
To sample our products, please order our smaller 25-piece pack. Thank you!

Do you provide volume discounts or wholesale pricing?
Volume discounts begin at 200,000 pieces. We offer specialized freight delivery options such as LTL or FTL. For further details and to schedule a call, please contact us directly.

Can I provide a state reseller permit to be sales tax exempt?
We are in the process of enabling acceptance of state reseller permits for sales tax exemption, anticipated by mid-2025. Until then, we respectfully request your understanding as we continue to collect sales tax.

Do you have local distributors?
At present, we manage direct sales within the United States from our warehouse located in San Francisco, CA. We assure ground delivery within 2-5 days across the contiguous states and are committed to prompt and efficient service.

What kind of food can I put in your containers?
Our containers are suitable for most foods and are microwave-safe, oven-safe, and freezer-safe. Please avoid using them to contain water or other liquids as high humidity conditions may cause the containers to warp or tear. For more details, please refer to the User Manual.

Do you offer additional shapes or sizes?
While a wider range of shapes and sizes is available in Japan, we currently offer a selection of our most popular SKUs in the United States, all of which are listed on our website for your convenience. We are looking forward with great anticipation to expanding our offerings in the US by late 2025. We kindly ask for your patience and are grateful for your interest in our products.
